Meet the Transitional Year Residency Program team that train and mentor our residents.

Program Director
Anya Solotskaya, M.S., M.D.
Dr. Solotskaya is an internist and hospitalist committed to caring for underserved communities. She has a special interest in medical education, focusing on healthcare for the homeless, social determinants of health, and the history of medicine.

Core Faculty
Rand Ladkany, M.D.
Dr. Ladkany is a clinical hospitalist with a special interest in hospital medicine, clinical reasoning and medical education. She is the director of the inpatient medicine rotation at Hillsboro Medical Center.

Hillary Lane, M.D.
Dr. Lane is a family medicine doctor who specializes in geriatrics and management of chronic conditions. She is the director of the Forest Grove clinic and ambulatory rotation.

Mengyu Zhou, M.D.
Dr. Zhou is an internal medicine hospitalist who is passionate about learning and teaching in clinical reasoning, medical education and clinical informatics.
