OHSU Tuality Healthcare is committed to providing you and your loved ones with a respectful and positive experience. Our patient relations team listens and helps address your concerns to ensure you and your family have safe, high-quality and compassionate care.

If your expectations are not being met, we encourage you to take the following steps:

  • Talk to your healthcare team about your concerns.
  • If the healthcare team is unable to resolve your concerns, ask to speak with a manager where you’re receiving care.
  • If your concerns remain unresolved, please contact Patient Relations at 503-681-4357 (HELP) for further assistance.

Our Patient Relations team is available to facilitate a formal review and follow-up of your concerns.  Information shared with us is reported to Tuality’s leadership team, so we can ensure we’re providing exceptional care organization-wide.

How to share your feedback

Phone Patients, family members, and visitors may talk with a Patient Relations representative at 503-681-4357 (HELP).  Our representative is available by phone Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For urgent concerns after hours or on weekends, please contact the Administrative Nursing Supervisor at 503-681-1255.
