Venay Uecke is a midwife with more than eighteen years of experience. Her clinical interests include lactation and women’s health. She focuses on equity, safety, and respectful care. She collaborates with patients to make informed decisions and appropriate self-care goals.

In her free time, she takes yoga and CrossFit classes and is an avid reader of historical fiction. She also enjoys participating in professional organizations that promote clinical excellence, scholarship, and community.
