First Mondays from 11a-12:30p

This is a welcoming community designed to support new parents. Join us for regular meetings where you can connect with fellow parents, share experiences, and receive expert advice.  Brenda Kirkpatrick, your Healthy Beginnings Ambassador, moderates group discussions, providing expert guidance and support as you navigate your baby’s first year. Enjoy this safe space to address any concerns or challenges you may encounter.

We’ll start at 11am but show up when you can and come as you are! Community is important and you just might see people from your birth classes. Build lasting friendships with other parents as you navigate the exciting journey of parenthood together!
