Perfect for busy couples with time constraints or medical conditions. Topics included in this self-paced, interactive class: signs and stages of labor, pushing and birth, comfort techniques and pain medication, tips for partners and medical interventions, among others. This class takes approximately 4-6 hours to complete and it is accessible online for 8 weeks.

You will receive an email invitation with instructions to log in within two days of registering online. To get the most out of our childbirth preparation offerings, we recommend that you also register for a Comfort Measures for Labor class and a Family Birth Unit Tour.

For parents who prefer guided practice, check out our scheduled in-person offerings which include a 4-week Childbirth Preparation series or a Saturday Childbirth Workshop.
