If you are a current patient, you can view your lab results by using the online health management tool, MyChart.
Referrals
If your physician thinks you need specialty care, you will be referred to the appropriate specialist. Many insurance companies now require a referral from your primary care doctor prior to seeing a specialist. Please contact us about your referral in advance.
Insurance and Payment Policy
We will ask that you provide us with copies of your insurance card and billing information so we may bill your insurance carrier for you. Insurance co-payments must be paid at the time of service.
