BIOGRAPHY

Jennifer Lee Wright is a certified nurse midwife with over twenty years of experience. She has clinical interests in group prenatal care, trauma informed care and contraception.

She was inspired to become a midwife after serving in the Peace Corps in the Central African Republic, where Jennifer worked alongside local midwives. After completing the Yale University School of Nursing, she delivered women’s healthcare in a variety of rural locations across the world.

Today, Jennifer is training the next generation of midwives as a Clinical Midwifery Faculty member at the OHSU School of Nursing.

Outside of work, she enjoys to travel, scuba, hike, yoga, bike and journal.
