About this class
Parental stress and isolation are a public health crisis
Parent Café is a structured, small-group conversations activity. It involves peer-led conversations where participants listen to one another without judgment, build relationships, and resilience. Everyone is a unique contributor. Every voice is valued. Every participant is a learner and a leader.
Join us in working to chip away at isolation and actually create a caring and supportive community!
Light refreshments will be provided and if you need childcare, it can also be arranged at no cost to you. Please let us know well in advance so we may make appropriate arrangements.
This is a free event, but due to the structure and flow of the activities and small gifts, we do need to know how many families to plan for. If you would like to be a table moderator, please reach out to the planning coordinator so we can meet with you earlier to show you the ropes!
