Dr. Gard is board certified in ophthalmology. He was the former President of the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology and holds an Associate Clinical Professor appointment at Oregon Health & Science University and a staff appointment at the Portland Veterans Hospital where he is involved in Ophthalmology Resident Education.
