BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Cook is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.   He believes a patient is best served when a physician is committed to evidence-based practices, including mastery of the best available technology, delivered with attentiveness to the individual’s needs and choices.

Dr. Cook and his family enjoy kayaking and hiking throughout the Pacific Northwest.
