BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Finley is board certified in ophthalmology. He completed his internship at Virginia Mason Hospital in 1993. He then spent four years as a general medical officer in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Finley completed his residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He then joined the Hillsboro Eye Clinic in 2001.
