BIOGRAPHY

Lindsay Gray is a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care.

She has experience working with diverse populations across primary care, employee assistance programs and community-based services. She is deeply committed to culturally responsive, equitable care.

Lindsay brings a patient-centered, collaborative approach to care that emphasizes brief, evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s goals, values and lived experience. She enjoys working alongside patients to identify strengths, reduce barriers to care, and support meaningful, sustainable change within the context of their medical, family, and community systems.

Outside of work, she likes spending time with family and close friends, being outdoors, and maintaining balance through activities that support well-being and reflection. She values opportunities for learning and professional growth, and enjoys staying connected to community-based efforts that support mental health access and equity.
