Have a doll, teddy bear and a blanket to practice swaddling. Got a baby wrap? Have it handy because you’re going to learn how to use it!
You’ll be led by a live instructor from the comfort of wherever you are!
This class will help you understand and nurture the precious world of infants. We’ll delve into the fundamentals of caring for your baby’s physical and emotional needs, from feeding and diapering to soothing cries and fostering healthy development.
Beyond the basics, we’ll embark on a journey of deepening the bond between you and your baby. We’ll explore the power of touch through the art of infant massage and learn gentle strokes that unlock a world of relaxation, improved sleep, and deeper communication.
This class isn’t just about learning techniques, it’s about igniting your confidence as a parent or caregiver. We’ll create a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and build a supportive community.
Have fun using doll models as we cover –
- Umbilical cords, diapering, bathing routines, etc.
- Understanding infant communication: Cues, cries, and body language.
- Soothing techniques: Calming cries, dealing with gas, promoting relaxation.
- Infant massage: Learn gentle strokes and sequences for bonding and relaxation.
- Building a calm and nurturing environment: Sensory stimulation, safe sleep spaces, and routines.
