Application Process
Interested applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and have a Registered Nursing license from an accredited Nursing Program recognized by the Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) in the state of Oregon prior to the start date of the Nurse Residency program.
Required Qualifications
Minimum requirements for all Nurses:
- Registered Nursing (RN) license in Oregon by the Cohort start dates.
- Attending either a virtual or on-site interview.
- Upon completion of the training program, residents will be required to sign a contractual work agreement that specifies a designated period to work within the specialty department. This agreement is based on the exchange of worked hours for the training received during the residency program.
Pre-licensure applications accepted:
Current nursing students are encouraged to apply while they are in their senior or final year of school prior to graduation and may apply for a residency position prior to sitting for the NCLEX.
An offer of acceptance into the Nurse Residency Program may be extended to pre-licensure candidates following their interview if selected, contingent upon attainment of licensure in the state of Oregon prior to the start date of the cohort.
Fellowship Program
To be eligible for our Nurse Fellowship Program, applicants must meet the minimum nursing experience requirements started above and those specific to the fellowship specialty you are applying for. Required experience qualifications will be outlined within each individual fellowship posting and application.
How to apply
Interested applicants should submit their application through the iCIMS Tuality.org career portal.
