TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY

Katherine believes in challenging patients with exercises to work on their weakness and get them stronger. For the result in less pain, decrease fall/injury risk, and help them be functionally strong with proper form, positioning, and posture for their daily home and work duties. She enjoys having fun and getting to know my patients when appropriate.  Katherine listens to what they are having difficulty with. Then pushes them so they get the results they want and activate the correct muscles for the strength/function needed for their daily functions.

BIOGRAPHY

Katherine is Washington County born and raised. She is a Hillsboro High School alum and earned an Associates of Applied Science from Mt. Hood Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. Upon passing the licensing board, she went to work at Hillsboro Medical Center in 2016. In her spare time, she enjoys playing basketball, Crossfit, hiking, and hanging out with friends, family and golden retriever puppy.
