Elena believes everyone deserves a personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation approach that considers the whole person in order to reach a patient’s goals. She strives to select exercises that are meaningful to each patient so that their rehabilitation is fun and functional.

BIOGRAPHY

Elena joined Hillsboro Medical Center in 2023 after graduating from the Physical Therapy program at Pacific University. Prior to that, she attended George Fox University where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and Exercise Science.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, she has a special interest in sports rehabilitation and enjoys helping athletes get back to the sports they love. She is also passionate about helping people in all walks of life move better so they can feel better and get back to doing the activities they enjoy.

In her free time, Elena enjoys spending time with her husband, family and dog. Her other interests include running, playing volleyball, taking care of her numerous houseplants and baking.
