BIOGRAPHY

I enjoy gastroenterology for the complex and diverse nature of the conditions we treat, the variety of clinical and procedural experience, as well as the inherent mysterious and taboo nature of the GI tract. The relationships with patients and helping to destigmatize and improve common, yet often not discussed issues is very rewarding.

My clinical interests include general gastroenterology and endoscopy, celiac disease, irritable bowel disease, constipation, inflammatory bowel disease, GERD, eosinophilic esophagitis and liver disease.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest, woodworking, watching Liverpool FC, and being the sous chef at home.
