BIOGRAPHY

Sang Lee is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner specializing in perioperative medicine and pre-anesthesia evaluation. She has extensive experience caring for medically complex patients across critical care, trauma, and surgical settings, with clinical expertise in preoperative risk assessment, optimization for surgery, and multidisciplinary perioperative care.

Her clinical interests include perioperative medicine, patient safety, evidence-based practice and quality improvement. She is passionate about partnering with patients to ensure they are well-informed, medically optimized and confident as they prepare for surgery. She values building trusting relationships with patients and collaborating with health care teams to provide safe, high-quality care.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and exploring new restaurants with her husband. She also loves spending time with family and friends, staying active, and discovering new places and experiences.
