BIOGRAPHY
Sam Packham is a physician associate (PA-C) with a clinical interest in rheumatology.
He grew up in Aurora, Oregon and graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Microbiology. He continued his education at George Fox University’s Physician Assistant program, earning a Master of Medical Science in 2024 and a Doctor of Medical Science in 2025. Sam believes in a collaborative approach to health-care with a focus on ensuring the individual feels understood and informed. He values understanding not just the illness itself, but also how it shapes the individual’s life. Together with the patient, he creates a treatment plan that aligns with their individualized health-care goals.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son. Together, they enjoy the natural beauty that Oregon has to offer.
