Dr. Hicken believes that prevention of disease through healthy eating habits and regular exercise is the best approach to many medical problems. Dr. Hicken and his wife Nancy have three children. They like to run marathons and enjoy their annual return to Alberta to hike in the Canadian Rockies. As a family, they love skiing at Timberline and Mt. Bachelo
