BIOGRAPHY

Melinda Sherman, PMHNP, is the Associate Medical Director of Hillsboro Medical Center’s Center for Geriatric Psychiatry.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Linfield University and completed a Master of Science in Nursing at Oregon Health & Science University.

Melinda works to ensure that patients are treated with compassion and cared for with the latest evidence-based biopsychosocial practices.

Outside of work, Melinda enjoys gardening, especially growing fragrant flowers and plants. She also loves aroma therapy, dressage horseback riding and animals.
