Lindsay Gray is a licensed therapist and clinical supervisor dedicated to expanding access to high-quality behavioral health care.

She has experience working with diverse populations across primary care, employee assistance programs and community-based services. She is deeply committed to culturally responsive, equitable care.

Lindsay brings a patient-centered, collaborative approach to care that emphasizes brief, evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s goals, values and lived experience. She enjoys working alongside patients to identify strengths, reduce barriers to care, and support meaningful, sustainable change within the context of their medical, family, and community systems.
