BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Anirudh Chintalapani is a board-certified internal medicine physician and is the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for Acute Care at OHSU Health.

He was inspired to become a physician as he believes that one of the greatest gifts is to care for people during the most challenging moments of their lives. As a physician, he prioritizes building trust with his patients to provide support and guidance when they need it most.

As the Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for Acute Care at OHSU Health, he works with care teams to improve how doctors and nurses use electronic health records and other digital tools to support patients and make their hospital experience better.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Chintalapani can usually be found spending time with his wife and daughter, spoiling his dog far beyond reason and trying to convince himself that this is the year he’ll finally stick to a gym routine. He is a lifelong video-gamer and a fantasy football enthusiast who spends each season confidently making the wrong lineup decisions.
