BIOGRAPHY
Akiko Soehl is a certified Wound Care Nurse Practitioner with clinical interests in chronic wounds and geriatrics. Practicing nursing since 1991, she has treated wounds in various settings including acute, sub-acute, long-term, and residential care in the U.S. and Tokyo.
Soehl works with patients and their families to create realistic goals to make the best possible choices, therapeutic and practical, to heal their wounds.
In her free time, she likes to play the piano, watch films and musicals with family, and spend time cooking and baking.
