BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Gwendolyn Derk is an internal medicine physician and researcher. She is dedicated to advancing patient outcomes and medical knowledge through both clinical care and academic research.
Her diverse clinical background includes significant experience with heart transplants, congenital heart disease, hemodialysis and emergency medicine.
Dr. Derk’s research has focused on community health, integrative medicine and hemodialysis, and reflects her commitment to bridging bedside care with evidence-based innovation.
Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking and practicing Iyengar yoga.
