Dr. Simone Prather is an internal medicine physician who specializes in primary care for adults.
She enjoys caring for adults of all ages to help them better understand their health. Her clinical interests include health equity, patient education and access to care.
Dr. Prather is committed to listening to her patients and collaborating with them to help them achieve their health goals.
Born and raised in Portland, she is proud to provide care for her local community. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, going to new restaurants, hiking, rock-climbing, going to art museums and traveling.
