BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Tsai is a board-certified anesthesiologist with clinical interests in preoperative assessment.  He grew up in Seattle and moved to Portland in 1989 for his medical residency at OHSU. Dr. Tsai then joined the Tuality Healthcare medical team in 1993. Outside work, he enjoys cooking, traveling and going on long daily walks with his wife and two Shih Tzu boys.
