Lori James-Nielsen Tuality Healthcare, an OHSU partner, announces that Lori James-Nielsen has accepted an offer to serve as President.  She had previously been serving as interim Chief Operating Officer and Chief Nursing Officer since August, 2017.

Since joining Tuality Healthcare, Lori has worked to advance performance improvement initiatives to deliver operational and strategic success.  Her appointment follows a selection process that included a national search and interviews with senior leadership at Tuality and OHSU, as well as members of the Tuality Healthcare board and medical staff.

Prior to her interim role at Tuality, Lori served as Vice President of Operations and Integration for OHSU Partners, which followed several leadership roles at Salem Health—including Chief Strategy Officer.

Lori earned her Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing from OHSU and has her Masters in Healthcare Administration.
