BIOGRAFÍA

Kelly Jean Devine Arch is a certified nurse midwife at Hillsboro Medical Center. She provides full scope midwifery care, supporting patients through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and gynecologic care.

Kelly is committed to caring for individuals across the lifespan. Her practice emphasizes physiologic birth, evidence-based care, shared decision making, and attention to both physical and emotional well-being.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, preparing her for midwifery practice. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado, where her work focused on integrating mental health care into obstetric settings.

Kelly received additional training in psychiatric mental health at the University of Colorado, and completed a specialized clinical track in reproductive psychiatry through the University of Colorado School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry.

She views midwifery as the place where science meets the sacred, grounded in evidence and guided by empathy. Kelly considers it a privilege to witness the transformative experiences of her patients and an honor to serve her community.

Outside of her clinical practice, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children, reading historical fiction and listening to music across genres. She also likes to cook elaborate (and often very messy) meals, ideally with someone else on dish duty.
