BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Ronald Hapke is a gastroenterologist with clinical interests in functional gastroenterological conditions, hepatitis b and c, inflammatory bowel disease (crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).

He completed medical school at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine, in 1992. Then went on to a residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio.

Dr. Hapke is interested in using alternative medicine with conventional medicine for digestive and liver health. He believes that naturopaths, chiropractors, herbal therapists, and others play an important role in your health and healing.  These specialists help with issues including; SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), functional bowel disorders (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and hepatitis b and c.

In his free time, he spends it with family, walking, traveling, and attending festivals.
