BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Gupta is the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Hillsboro Medical Center. She was voted as a Top Doctor in the Portland Monthly magazine for 2019, 2020 and 2021. She is also an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Knight Cardiovascular Institute.

Dr. Gupta is board certified in internal medicine, general cardiology, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.

She is an experienced cardiologist with special interest in heart failure and heart disease in women. Prior to becoming the Associate Chief Medical Officer at Hillsboro Medical Center, she was the Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services for three years.

Dr. Gupta has published basic science and clinic research papers exploring gender differences in heart disease and has presented her research at national meetings such as the American Heart Association.

She enjoys spending her free time traveling with her family, reading and hiking.
