About this class

This is an in-person, Saturday Childbirth Workshop. Topics covered include stages of labor, comfort techniques, positions, breathing and medical interventions. Partner support, newborn bonding and postpartum care are also discussed. We will meet in the Health Education Center from 9 am until 4 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

This class requires a class packet that will be mailed to your home. Please register at least two weeks before the first class to allow time to receive the class packet. Health and Safety protocols will be followed, including temperature checks, social distancing and masking. Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well or if you have tested positive for COVID or have been around someone who has tested positive for COVID within 14 days of our class. If you prefer, or if you must cancel, we will help you enroll in an on-line class.
