About this class

This class will meet online for one Monday evening session. Topics covered include hunger cues, latch, frequency and duration of feeds, milk supply, pumping, breast care and more! The knowledge and skills learned in this class will help you get breastfeeding off to a great start!

Upon registering for this class you will be mailed a class packet, which includes a book, a link to online videos, and activities you can do at home. Please register at least two weeks in advance so that you have time to receive your packet.
