About this class

Breastfeeding Basics covers everything you need to know to get breastfeeding off to a good start. We cover feeding cues, latch, frequency and duration of feeds, how to establish and maintain a good milk supply, breast care and more! Gain confidence and meet other expecting parents in this in person class!

Health and Safety protocols will be followed, including temperature checks, social distancing and masking. Please do not come to class if you are not feeling well or if you have tested positive for COVID or have been around someone who has tested positive for COVID within 14 days of our class. If you prefer, or if you must cancel, we will help you enroll in an online class.
